Change your Linux VPS root password

Hello,

So you want to change your root password?

Well, there is 2 ways to do this.
You can do it by logging in to your VPS Manager (http://master.vmmanager.net), select your VPS and click 'Change root password'

Alternatively you can do it by connecting to SSH using PuTTY.
Once you have logged in to SSH using PuTTY, please follow these instructions
1. Type passwd
2. You will now be prompt to enter a new password, please enter your new password (Your password will be invisible, although it is actually typing) and press enter.
3. You will now be asked to confirm your password. Simply type your password again and press enter.

Well done, it is now changed!
